Delete Your NSYSU Buy & Sell Account
NSYSU Buy & Sell allows users to permanently delete their account and associated personal data.
If you would like to delete your account, please follow the instructions below.
Option 1: Delete Your Account Within the App
- Open the NSYSU Buy & Sell app.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm your request.
Your account deletion request will be processed and your personal account data will be removed from our systems.
Option 2: Request Account Deletion Manually
If you are unable to access your account, you may request account deletion by contacting us.

Please include:
- Your registered email address
- Your account name (if available)
We may request additional verification to protect account security.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, we will permanently remove:
- Profile information
- Name
- Email address
- Profile photo
- Favorites
- Saved preferences
- Account-related personal information
What Data May Be Retained
For legal, security, fraud prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes, we may retain limited information such as:
- Transaction logs
- Safety reports
- Abuse reports
- Records required by law
Any retained information will only be kept for the minimum period necessary to comply with legal obligations and platform security requirements.
Processing Time
Most account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
